How do I install my Nova Spectra?
Our products are designed for easy installation.
Each order comes with a complete mounting kit. You only need a few basic tools to install them in minutes.
Choose our 3M adhesive strips for even simpler installation without drilling into your walls (+€10).
Do Nova Spectra consume a lot of energy?
No, our products use energy efficient LEDs, making them very economical to run whilst still providing optimum brightness.
Can I install my Nova Spectra outside?
No, our Nova Spectra are designed for indoor use only.
What are the delivery and customs charges for orders?
- In France : Delivery and customs fees are completely free.
- In the rest of the world : Delivery is free. However, any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What are the delivery times?
We offer free 2-5 day delivery for our in-stock collection products.
We offer free delivery in 2-3 weeks for personalized products (after design validation).
In addition, all our deliveries are guaranteed against breakage, theft and loss.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your package via the carrier's website or via the tab: Track my order
How can I benefit from the 2-year warranty?
All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty*.
If you have a problem with your product, contact our customer service with your proof of purchase to benefit from the warranty.
*However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or accidental use.

Why do you need my mailing address to provide a quote?
We need your mailing address for several important reasons. It allows us to:
1. Customize Your Quote : By knowing your address, we can tailor our quote to your specific needs and provide you with accurate information on delivery times.

3. Ensure Quality of Service : Having your mailing address allows us to ensure that all aspects of your order, from production to delivery, are handled efficiently and smoothly.

What if I don't have a logo or template for my neon?
If you don't have a logo or model, you can pay a deposit of €35 to collaborate with our designer.
This deposit will be deducted from your final order if you validate the quote.
You will receive design proposals within 3 to 4 business days after confirmation of deposit payment.
